We can even measure up to 633 nits in the more realistic APL50 measurement, but only up to 302 nits with the manual control. Clouding is not an issue for the Galaxy Tab S3 thanks to the OLED technology. The tablet can also produce absolute black, which ensures brilliant contrast levels that tend toward infinite. We cannot hear background noise, even with a very quiet playback. Samsung is using a Qualcomm SoC, so Bluetooth supports the playback of audio contents via aptX HD 24-bit, high-res. We did not experience any issues with the connection. The integrated Snapdragon 820 is certainly not the latest SoC from Qualcomm, but the performance is still very good.
